We bought this stove because it’s dual fuel, commercial style and ability to convert to LP. When doing the conversion, one of the nozzles was in too tight and couldn’t be swapped. We called Forno and they returned our call the same day. After sending in some basic paperwork Forno (Guillaume) sent a replacement part to us in 2 days. Then he coordinated a local repair service to install the new part. We love the stove and can’t say enough about Forno’s exceptional customer service. They really stand behind their products.

Parts are Hard to Find

Very limited parts on line. Unit was damaged during installation, parts needed for repairs. Broken ignitors were found online, 30" backsplash cannot be found

Oven Unevenly Cooks

I was so excited to try out this new brand and dual fuel oven but I am very unhappy with how unevenly the oven cooks. I kept thinking it was user error. I cook some cookie bars on convection bake one side of the pan is crispy and over cooked another is not, and the coloring is totally uneven over the top of the cookie sheet - this is a great example of how unevenly the oven cooks. What can be done? As a critic, the owners manual does not do a very good job of explaining how to use the different settings. Also, the gas top doesn’t go low enough that it doesn’t boil over pots when trying your simmer. What can be done to improve the appliance performance ?

I need to leave a review to register warranty. I haven't used it yet. I ordered 5 appliances and if I need to do this for each registration that will suck.They al look pretty hope all work well too. And i need 50 characters before i can even submit. What a pain in the butt.
