30" dual fuel range recently installed

Looks great! Have only used it a few times, but the burners are great and the convection oven cooks food evenly? I would give it 5 stars, but the range came with scratches on the stainless steel piece on top of the temperature control knobs.

I am very impressed with this oven. First of all, it looks amazing in the kitchen! The double doors gives it a commercial look. The grates are very heavy and solid. The knobs feel heavy and sturdy. I love the simplicity of this appliance; no touch-screen, no digital displays, kind of nostalgic with a modern touch. The LP conversion kit was included and it was very easy to install. Just follow the directions step-by-step. The installation was extremely simple. Unpacking was a different story, it was delivered in a wooden crate screwed together with over 100 screws. I was truly impressed with the packaging! I've been cooking on the stove for a few weeks now; it has a beautiful blue flame. The double-sided griddle was included and it's a perfect fit for the stove top. One side is flat, the other a grill perfect for steaks. The oven is extremely quiet even in convection mode. I have nothing but good things to say about this appliance; I enjoy cooking on it. The back of the oven backs up all the way to the wall which is great; no more gap in between the wall and the oven. Perfect fit for the 30" opening.

So far range has been great. a little deeper than standard oven so may required having gas pipe re routed in order for it to be flush again wall compared with other ovens.

Looks Great So Far

Received and installed the oven yesterday. Love the look, but the cavity for gas and electrical isn't big enough so can't get flush with back wall. Also, one of the doors is slightly off, so researching how to adjust. Quartz company is coming out to install 3" piece of countertop behind oven. Other than that, super excited to use.

We installed our new range and it works perfectly. Construction and styling is Every bit as good as Viking or Thermador. The only complaint I have is Forno could provide more operational information. Like air fryer operation.
