no gas shuts off

Hello Frances,
This model range comes installed with a gas cut off valve so if the flame is not on, all gas stops entering the unit. There is a helpful manual that comes with our range that will guide you so that the flame will no longer go out. Great Looking Oven

Oven was installed as part of our remodel to the kitchen. We wanted something that looks sophisticated yet efficient and functional. So far we are glad we picked the oven. We are experiencing that the knobs get hot, when the oven has been running for some time. something that I could overlook, but we have young kids in the house and seems like it could be of concern. The other issue encountered is that the oven shuts off after some time and drops temp. Hopefully a small issue as we have had it installed correctly.

Temperature gauge malfunction from beginning.

I've contacted customer support about this issue and the reply was that it can take a month for the gauge yo calibrate so wait a month and let us know! I've been struggling with it the entire time, thinking it was me doing something. Two friends have this exact range and said they never had this issue. I've had ruined meals because of this.

Oven thermostat is malfunctioning in brand new uni

Have contacted Forno for warranty support on our brand new gas range. The thermostat is malfunctioning and Forno won't respond to our emails.
