I love the burners...the pan sits the perfect distance from the burners on the grate, so when you turn the burners down the pan is far enough away to regulate the burner heat to a simmer much better than the Zline range I had. The burners are just perfect!
This is my first gas stove in years and I wish I had purchased the dual fuel version because it's not browning chicken or pies the way I'm used to. I'm experimenting with raising the food higher to see if it helps. Also my knobs get hotter than I like, so I'm waiting on the technician to call me back this week. I hope to get the oven straightened out...I love the stove top and it looks amazing.

Beautiful Range, but finicky

The range is beautiful, however there is a learning curve, and only one year in it is having more issues than I would like. The oven is very difficult to calibrate and the knob is loose, making it difficult to know what temp it's set to, or to turn it off. The oven pilot light goes out, even with the door closed. Also the stove burners are always very hot, making it impossible to simmer anything.

My new FORNO ALTA QUALITA Stainless Steel 5 Defendi Italian Burners FFSGS6275-30 is a wonderful oven. It is a quality appliance and no early to fail computer boards needed. Fit perfectly in the stock 30" freestanding oven space in my home and looks like a drop in. It performs great and looks great.. I have gotten multiple compliments on how it looks as well. It comes shipped on a small pallet packaged very impressively to protect it from any damage and arrived in perfect condition.
I called customer service for feedback and was just as impressed with the customer service as I am with the product. I highly recommend Forno..

We did research on a number of free-stand gas ranges and picked this one. We like the design. The structure is solid built with quality materials. The assembly was easy. It's been in use for two weeks. We cooked, baked and roasted. Oven temperature seems to be accurate except that occasionally I dialed down 25 degrees from the required temperature. We don't have any issues so far. Will report if we do. We think that with proper care and correct operation, this range will outlive us, say lasting for 30+ years.

Beautiful and Powerful!

I just got my new range installed and love the cooktop. The left and right burners are about 20" apart -- allowing plenty of space for using large skillets/pots on both sides. This is great as many gas ranges only have 14-18" between burners. Overall very pleased and impressed with the design and quality of the range.
My only issue is that the electrical plug is not a right angle/low profile plug. With the position of my outlet, I am not able to push the range all the way to the wall. I need to either have an electrician move the outlet box lower or try and replace the appliance cord with a low profile/right angle plug.

The range was delivered within a week of order and came expertly packaged. There was no damage to the packaging or range. I had the range professionally installed by a trusted local appliance servicer. The burners are fabulous. I am having an issue with the operation of the oven because of how it lights compared to a conventional oven. Customer support repliedd within the hour by email and we are getting the issue worked out. I am looking forward to cooking for Thanksgiving and having this range for a very long time!
