We ordered the oven end of nov and just had hooked up in new home One igniter not working oven doesn't want to stay lit. We also purchased a refrigerator and freezer drawer broke( will register separately)
I purchased Forno appliances because reviews said great service but cannot talk to a live agent. I will be filing a ticket for customer service and hope the reputation is true

Great Looking Oven

Oven was installed as part of our remodel to the kitchen. We wanted something that looks sophisticated yet efficient and functional. So far we are glad we picked the oven. We are experiencing that the knobs get hot, when the oven has been running for some time. something that I could overlook, but we have young kids in the house and seems like it could be of concern. The other issue encountered is that the oven shuts off after some time and drops temp. Hopefully a small issue as we have had it installed correctly.
