Product has some minor issues but hopefully could be resolved. Temp gauge not working properly and grates are not even.

The stove is very well built of high quality materials, but has a few weaknesses. Oven temperature runs low 25-30 degrees and is uneven. None of the burners can simmer and the inner ring of all the burners is not adjustable and runs only on high. Oven now does not work, may need new ignitor, and stove is leaking gas. Want to love the stove so hopefully all this can get resolved.

Hello I have had this gas range for just over a year and I am disgusted with it. First off the oven has a hard time lighting and then shuts off on its own. Second, the enamel on the cook top has already worn off in spots which has made it look awful. Third, the seal on the oven door is awful and makes the burner controls hot to point where I have gotten burnt. I do not recommend this product to anyone and am extremely disappointed with this item.

Hey Michael! When this unit reaches the set temperature the flame becomes small in order to maintain the designated temperature. When you open the door to check on your cooking please wait 3-5 seconds for the flame to grow in larger before you close the door to ensure the flame is large enough that the door closing does not put out the flame. Regarding your enamel, please reach out to us directly at mysupport@forno.ca or call directly at 1-866-231-8893 extension 225. Regarding your knobs overheating, our ranges have a commercial design for residential use which pass UL and CSA regulation so it is normal for it to be warm but never burning to the touch. Please reach out to use right away so we can resolve this for you.

Oven is beautiful but keeps turning off!

I love the look on my new Forno oven but the burners randomly turn off during cooking.
