Does It All - Slices, Shreds, Chops!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for our family. It is a GREAT size. Does not take up tons of counter space, yet holds up to 8 cups!
Comes with the S blade for mixing and chopping foods.
Also includes the dual-sided disc for when you want to shred or slice!
I love the Pulse plus 2 speeds! Really allows you to use it for almost anything! We have a big garden, and I love being able to slice the vegetables at night without a huge clean up. Love that the removable parts are all dishwasher safe!
Very nice style and classy look on our counter!
It is really an all in one and at a great price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem with cleaning the bowl

When hand washing, water gets in the handle and stays there for days. I would not put the plastic container bowl in a dishwasher. It is a design flaw. There seems to be no way to drain or dry out the condensation inside the handle. Eventually the screw securing the handle to the bowl will rust. Unsanitary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lid broke

Wife got this as a Christmas gift and it broke the 1st time she used it. The lid has a small plastic piece that presses the spring in the handle (I think safety feature) but it broke off when twisting the lid on. I hope it is covered by the warranty.

Disappointed!

I bought this about a month ago. We used this one time. The second time we went to use it the plastic piece fell off the lid that lets the food processor know its closed. Very disappointing.

Works good but...

My wife for me this for Christmas and it worked great. After a short period of time the plastic piece on the lid broke off that allows the unit to turn on. I see that written a few times so it must be a common problem

Works well until lid piece broke off

The good processor works well, After several uses, the plastic tab on the lid that ensvles it to lock closed has broken. I don’t have the receipt, as it was a gift and feel it should not have broken with regular use so quickly. I cannot find a way to replace the lid so it can be used either...so frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great and affordable food processor. Here are some pros and cons about the product. It's small and easily fits on a counter or can easily be stored in a small out of the way spot, like cabinets. It's easy to pick the unit up and maneuver it with 1 hand. Super easy assembly: didn't read any of the instructions and easily got it put together and used it successfully. If you're ever used a food processor, you won't have any issues with this one, either. It also seems to cut through things pretty easily and with the two blades, you can chop, slice, or grate. It easily does all the things you expect from a food processor.
Although I like the product, because the unit is so light, there's suction cup feet to hold it in place during use. It's great while you're running it (w/out the feet it would likely dance about on the counter), but a little bit of a pain when you want to move it. You have to intentionally "unstick" the feet to get them to break the suction to pick up the unit off the counter. Second, The way the lid is designed, there's a space between the chute you put in the food and the rim of the lid where food gets caught while you're processing. It's just small enough that you have to use a knife or other thin item to push the food back out. Not hard if you do it while the foods fresh, but would be problematic if you waited to clean up the lid til you were done cooking and the food dried on.
Overall, I recommend this product to my friends and family.
