Really good quality food processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired a Black and Decker food processor and to say I am impressed is an understatement. At first I was skeptical that this unit might not be very good due to the relatively low price and Black and Deckers inconsistent quality but my concerns were soon alleviated after the first use. This unit is a 8 cup variant so it can process a good amount of food at a time. It is versatile so it able to do multiple different tasks such as slice, shred, chop and purée various types of food like fruits, vegetables and cheeses making food preparation so much faster. It’s also pretty powerful as it doesn’t seem to bog down and overload like many of the other food processors I have used. The assembly is very simple and straightforward making setting up a breeze. It also cleans up real easy after use which is definitely a big plus. Overall this is a great product offered at a fair price so I really couldn’t be happier and all things considered I would rate it 5 stars. If you are looking for a great processor and don’t want to spend a fortune this is the one for you, I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed.

Not pourable, works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try out this Black and Decker 8 cup food processor, but ended up pretty disappointed after using it. It works amazingly, is super fast at processing food (we did veggies and then also a dessert mixture). What disappointing is there’s no spout to pour from - and no real measurement levels. The no spout is fine is your processing something solid, but if it’s more of a batter, it’s just a mess when you go to pour. It was super easy to set up and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected.

The best you’ll get!

We like to make salsa and the puree function is top notch for making the salsa the perfect consistency. It’s not too watery and not too chunky either. It has 2 speeds (high and low) and a pulse function. We haven’t used it to slice yet, and I have only shredded a couple of small cubed cheeses because I ran out of shredded cheese but it worked beautifully! It runs smooth, it’s easy to assemble and disassemble, it’s dishwasher safe making for easy cleanup, and pretty compact. I can’t wait to use it more. As far as price goes, it’s pretty on par with other brands if not on the lower end of the scale. It’s definitely a brand we know and trust as some of our other appliances are Black and Decker. So it’s likely the product we would have chosen going in store to purchase. 10/10 would recommend!
