[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago for use during the XMas holidays. Fantastic for fine chopping of Oreo cookies for a recipe. Highly recommend. Love it!

One time use

Broke on the first time I used it. It worked for one cicle of processing soft plantains and it stopped working. It no longer spins. It was not over packed and I have done the same amount on my other food processor without a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced my old one

This food processor replaced a very old Black and Decker food processor which I had been using for many years. This one is even better with a few design changes. I hope it will last as long as the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This processor was a gifted to me. I have to say, I got it 3 days ago and I've already used it two times. I made a cucumber salad in record time. 😊 And I couldn't be more pleased. I didn't know I needed a food processor! Very simple to use and very simple to clean. Very happy.

Came broken

I bought this one week ago. Went to use for the first time and it will not come on. The outlet works, it is not over packed, trying to make hummus. Went over the instructions multiple times and can not get it to work. Definitely a waste of money.

Lid broke after 10 uses.

I purchased this processor to help mix ingredients. It works great but has a major flaw. A tab broke off of the lid near the handle and now it wont turn on. The tab on the lid is a safety and is aparently very fragile. No replacement option available. Lids online are half the cost of a new machine. Never buying Black and Decker products again! Its sad too, the machine worked great! Do better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
