Worked twice, then it broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this food processor because we cook alot in the kitchen. This food processor does it all it chops, shreds, and slices ingredients. The best features is that it holds 8 cups and that it can easily be taken apart for washing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small but mighty

It is very efficient and best of all is very "basic" -- no need for all the fancy extras over here (my already-too-full cabinets thank the creators especially)! The look is very clean and sleek. Very impressed.

Lid broke after 10 uses.

I purchased this processor to help mix ingredients. It works great but has a major flaw. A tab broke off of the lid near the handle and now it wont turn on. The tab on the lid is a safety and is aparently very fragile. No replacement option available. Lids online are half the cost of a new machine. Never buying Black and Decker products again! Its sad too, the machine worked great! Do better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The bowl broke after maybe 10 uses. Can’t figure out how to order a replacement (if its even worth the money to do so.)

Broken… again

This is the second one I’ve bought. The first lasted years so I bought the same one again, but the one I bought about 9 months ago just broke. I keep having issues with the bowl getting stuck and then a small piece that pushes the sensor in, allowing the machine to start, breaks off. I love the 8 cup capacity of it, but it’s just not worth buying again. I’m trying to find a replacement bowl. But if I’m unable to, then I’m not going to buy another one this time.
