I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my family love it! The convection oven gets hot so fast and it's easy to use when I don't need to use a big oven for smaller meals. The knobs are smooth and easy to understand. The bacon wrapped jalapenos turned out perfect,crispy and delicious and so did my kids pizza bagels. It's very easy to clean and doesn't take much time at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like that I don't have to heat my whole house up to make a frozen pizza or other delicious snacks. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and I love the cute little pans that came with it. I'm going to try baking cookies next. I am very anxious to use this during the summer to see what all I can do with it. (It is still cold here so the big oven helps keep it warm!) I love this product, it makes life a lot easier and it's compact enough for easy storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great and it is roomy! We have tried pizza, cheese sticks, baked potatoes and everything turned out great! I'm giving 4 starts because after the fifth use it started making a strange sound, then after more uses the sound was gone and then back again, unfortunately I'm not sure about the longevity because of that.

So disappointed

I purchased this item from a local store and was so absolutely thrilled with the way it worked. In our home, we have decided to eliminate the microwave. We use the stove, oven and toaster oven for all of our needs. It has worked really well for us, until now. One week ago, after only 90 days, the timer stopped working and it seems to be taking a ton of time to just warm something up. Hard to tell what is happening, is it not heating because the timer is screwed up or is the timer screwed up because it doesn't seem to be heating. The toaster part works well, and the broil/grill.... but the standard temp of around 300-350 degrees is the problem area.
Of course 90 days, I am certain I cannot return the item to the store, plus I didn't keep the packaging. I threw that away after 60 days.
I have the receipt, but looks like I am stuck.
Terribly disappointed, and I noticed online many people are having the same trouble. Of course it can be fixed, just buy more stuff to fix it. At this point, after only 90 days, it would be throwing good money after bad.
Looks like I will have to abandon Black & Decker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not sure how I feel about this toaster oven

I bought this toaster oven about two weeks ago. So far, it bakes very nicely, but you must let it preheat, or it does not cook the food properly. The first couple of times I used the oven, the fan was very quiet. The fan is so noisy now that I can hear it in the next room. I hope this toaster is not going to quit working. I've always had very good luck with the Black and Decker products but I am not feeling as confident as I was the 2 or 3 times I used the oven.

Bought this convection oven, took it out of the book, threw away my old toaster oven only to discover that the convection oven doesn’t turn on. What a disappointment!

Toast mode doesn't work.

B & D toaster/convection oven have always been my #1 choice. This one works great for baking/broiling but the toast option no longer seems to work. Not sure if i'm doing something wrong or it just stopped working?
