The result are amazing I baked pizza and it turn out great used it for a month now and am very satisfied with the results.I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family members.

Something Not Right

I bought this toaster oven as gift for my Dad. It seems to have a issue with the control knobs getting stuck. It even stays on, I unplugged it due scared of a fire or something. Will be returning in the AM.

I bought this product to replace my old toaster oven. Got it out the box plugged it in and nothings working. Won't turn on dead on arrival. Won't be buying another BD for a while. Hello Oster nice to meet you...

It's a great oven, if you use it often enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was much bigger than I originally anticipated. Which is great when I need to use it. But it honestly only gets used a couple times a month. Storage is a little difficult if you need the counter space. Otherwise, it heats evenly and timely. I do love using it.

Toaster malfunction

I bought this just before Thanksgiving, 2017. I bought it to replace a B&D toaster oven that worked well for years, and was thinking the larger size would work well for me. However, after just these few months, the timer for the toaster has quit working. It ticks as the toast is cooking, but now it may tick for a few seconds and then quits. If I am not standing at the toaster watching, I will have burnt toast and smoke alarm noise. I use a kitchen timer to let me know, but the toaster does not shut off on its own. This seems dangerous! I don’t know if I can find the receipt, and I know I’ve tossed the box, so I may be stuck. If so, it will be my last Black and Decker purchase.
