Great Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster oven was well packaged when I received this item. The oven has a nice sleek design, and overall is very easy to use. It does include two racks, drip pan, and a cooking tray. This toaster oven heats up very quickly, and is very quiet. The only con that I can think of, is the cord...for me it is short. Other that that, I love this oven! I rarely use my big one. I highly recommend this toaster oven, especially if your in the market for one. I was selected to receive this product and give my honest opinion.

AMAZING upgrade from my previous convection oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a few weeks ago and am totally in love with it! I have a small family- my fiancé and two kids and I love how easy it is for everyone in the household to use this. I have never had a convection oven that I could bake cookies in, and that does not burn my frozen pizzas but now I do! This oven cake toast up to six pieces of toast at once, and it makes it easy to prepare breakfast on the go for my family. I highly recommend this oven. It has made my home life easier by far.

Easy and convenient!

I liked the features and look of the product. I used it in a variety of ways. I like to use it to cook something small, when I don't really need a full oven. It has gotten a lot of use in my home.

Basic toaster oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes good toast. I like the fact that the timer ticks, so I don't forget that it has something cooking. The external removable crumb tray is a good feature, very handy. It holds four slices, not six. We only dried to bake one item, a frozen pot pie. It was still frozen in the middle at the end of the time, and the crust was burning. Not the best food for testing, I guess. Did not try the broiler.
There were no assembly instructions, and very few general instructions. It would have been helpful to have some suggestions for usage, and some sample recipes. So far it works well as a toaster, but takes up a lot of counter space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spacious and even cooking!

The controls are separated for easy operating and the food cooks nice and evenly. It is so roomy inside, we use it more than our regular oven. We used to just use it for toast and some frozen items but now we use our toaster oven for a whole lot more.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this conventional oven . It was bigger then I anticipated but that is a good thing. I love it . I cooked a pizza and appetizer snacks in it too. Cooked it throughly and it has 3 sections of knobs but so many things you can cook in this. It automatically turns off after the timer goes off so you don't have to worry it's over cooking . Highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't always want to use a stove and wants a easy cleanup .

Too many problems with this appliance

I bought this 3 months ago to replace one that died. I REALLY wish I could say I love it but I don't. It cooks unevenly even tho' it's advertised to cook more evenly. One side gets hotter than the other. I can't use the oven temp recommended because the food ALWAYS overcooks so I've learned to set it 25 degrees (or more) less than whatever the temp is supposed to be. It's supposed to take less time to cook due to the "convection" but I haven't experienced that. It takes the same amount of time. The dials are VERY HARD to turn. I would not recommend this for an elderly person with arthritis or such because they don't turn easily. The front door is not weighted properly because it tilts the whole oven over if it comes down too far. This is dangerous and should be fixed by manufacturer. I've never had this happen with other toaster ovens I've had. You should be aware it has a short (VERY SHORT) cord which is a 3 prong cord (never had that before either and had to go purchase a 3 prong extension cord just to use it!) It also browns unevenly when you broil. I am considering contacting manufacturer. Maybe I got a bad one because it doesn't meet any of my expectations or come close to how well my other one performed (which was a different brand name). The reason I chose it was the size. I needed one that would fit wider baking dishes in it. It does do that and with that I am pleased but not with it's performance. I haven't ever used it for toast. I have a toaster so I can't speak to it's performance on that. I wish I could find a regular toaster oven (not convection). All of them are convection these days and I am not impressed. I have baked cookies in it too and they don't do as well as my previous oven. They are baked unevenly and don't brown properly. Overall.....poor performance for me.
