Solid tool when chain stays on track

I bought this tool about 2 months ago to take down a tree in the yard. The power is strong and the battery lasted a long time. What's frustrating is the chain. It falls off constantly, especially when using at an angle. The process to replace the chain is simple but costs you 5-10 minutes each time. Chain should not come off this frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello BradCT,
We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad you had some pros and cons to share with us. We use information like this and work with the various teams within Greenworks to market, design, and sell the products are customers want or need. New chains will stretch and must be tensioned more often while in use. If the chain is continuously coming off while in use, it could be due to one of the reasons below. Please check the following. • Make sure the adjusting block is properly engaged in the bar cut-out and that the chain has been properly tensioned prior to use. When properly tensioned the chain should feel snug but still pull away just enough to slide a dime between the bar and chain. • Ensure that you are using a compatible chain that matches the figures listed in your owner’s manual (drive links, gauge, and pitch). • Verify that the chain wheel is undamaged and that all parts are accounted for. Always refer to the instructions in your manual for replacing the chain to verify which parts your specific model should have. • Verify that the bar and chain are not damaged. Replace the bar if: (1) The groove is not fit with the height of the drive links (which must never touch the bottom). (2) The inside of the guide bar is worn and make the chain lean to one side.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.

had two saws here for 10 years heating our home with 24 cords of wood each winter. have used all types & makes since direct drives & two-man 5' 2cycles. pulled my shoulder out on an old poulan 409. the Pro 80 18" gets a 6x6 ton of lumber with two batteries in 40mins-1hr with quieter on demand power.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know what more you'd want from an electric saw. Yes, it's not as powerful as gas. But it's super easy to use and hassle free. Probably more than 95% of people will ever need. Attached photo was 1 full charge of a 2Ah battery, about 50 min of near continuous use to buck the entire pile shown.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up this 18" chainsaw prior to wood cutting season and am very impressed with it's speed and power. It definitely made quick work of a previously much longer job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy crap it works great for my needs. I live in town and occasionally have need of a chainsaw. This is perfect. I took down a medium sized apple tree in 30 minutes. Went through the tree like butter. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about going electric for a chainsaw, but I couldn't be happier with it. It is just as powerful as my old gas saw but much quieter, lighter, and more efficient. It is more than enough for the average joe's needs.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After it charges I will give it a try and advise later. The charger has a loud fan. My model pkg wasn’t displayed in your pick list for chainsaw
