To be able to slide the battery in and immediately go to work cutting is great. No pull starts and fuel and fumes, just powerful cutting where you need it. I used this to trim several trees and the only issue I had was the chain was not tight enough, so I had to put it back on. Make sure you check before use and you won't have this problem. I let a buddy borrow it and he loved it so much he said he was going to get one since he couldn't get his gas one to even start!

I’ve been using this chainsaw for a few weeks now and have been very pleased. I have two acres and have used it to take down small trees and some pines that were damaged or killed during hurricane Micheal three years ago. It’s powerful and gets the job done. I would recommend two batteries for anything more than an acre.

Powerful and easy to operate

I have a 40V Chainsaw of another brand, but wants to utilize my 80V battery collection from my Lawnmower/weedwhacker. This thing has a lot of power and it very maneuverable considering it is 4' longer than my other saw.

Handy for stop and go work but some flaws. Despite tightening chain jumps more easily than on my gas saw (which never jumps) - mainly when cutting small diameter branches (<1 inch). Wrench was not included. Oil cap has two parts and outer part keeps falling off.

I quite like this chainsaw, especially as it is not gas driven. The chain did come off rather early in my usage of it, but the hardware store fixed it quickly. I also like that the batteries that power my Greenworks mower also power this chainsaw. What can be better!
