I bought this based on reviews that were posted. For a small yard this is a great dethatcher. My yard has never been dethatched and I wanted to get down to dirt. I went forward about 10 feet then pulled the machine backwards to the starting point. Tilting it forward and the pile of thatch falls right out. So every 10 feet I had a pile to pick up instead of just going forward and then raking it all up. I’m glad I purchased it and it sure beats trying to dethatch with a rake.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful Dethatcher!

I was pleasantly surprised when I first used this dethatcher! I haven't had the best experiences with corded lawn tools but this dethatcher definitely works great! Super easy to use and it does everything on its own. Im a disabled vet with a bad back and this tool didnt put any stress on the back. I was just there to steer it around the yard and make sure it didnt run over the power cord. It did everything is one pass across the yard!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine. Worked better than I thought it would. Looked at renting a dethatcher but it was too heavy and bulky for me to get home. My wife informed me about this and she was right on the money. Really worked great. And you can't beat the price as well.

I have a large yard and this dethatcher could handle it! I decided to purchase this instead of a large mechanical pull behind since I could manuver around flower gardens and get close to tree's.

Best Tool Ever

I needed to quickly clear some grass that I had been manually doing. I decided to give this tool a shot. It was very simple to setup and use. It cleared the thatch into a nice pile if you just pull. It backwards. Now and am looking to replace more grass than initially planned.
