Bought this dethatcher after doing some research on lawn care and it works great! Easy setup and maneuverability. Super light when pushing and easy to use. I do recommend starting engaging the tines at a rolling start or you will pull up quite a bit of good grass and not just the dead material on top of soil I made this mistake myself initially but figured it out pretty fast. Overall I’m satisfied and looking forward to incorporating this into my lawn care routine.

Did a good job. What I’m assuming is the air filter to cool the motor would get clogged a lot of there is any dust involved. Similar to other reviews, I removed the rubber flap as it was just clogging up the machine. Would recommend overall.

I just purchased the Dethatcher and works great. In the past few months I have purchased the 80 Volt Lawn mower, Blower, String Trimmer and the 40 volt Dethatcher and the 40 volt pole chain saw. Very pleased with all these products no more gas and oil all the equipment works better than expected with just as much power as gas equipment and with the ease of a pushbutton. I am so happy with all of my Greenworks products and even bought two blowers for friends and they are very happy as well with the performance of the blowers. Thank You Greenworks for producing such incredible products.

The only problem I have is I ordered this after seeing a friend use his new one. When mine arrived it did not come with the adjustable height on the wheels like his did?

This was my first time owning a dethatcher. I should have done so sooner. I've always rented but then never did it annually. This year, using this product I had my healthiest lawn ever. Everyone commented on how healthy and green my yard stayed all summer when everyone else around me looked stressed. It was fun to use, easy and now my neighbors want one too.

This Greenworks dethatcher is an incredible tool! I have a small 3500 sq ft lawn, and with one pass, I cleaned out a literal mountain of thatch before overseeding. I have many Greenworks products, and they are great. If you read the instructions and take care of your purchase, they will provide years of use.

Excellent machine. For 10 years I’ve been hand raking the lawns to prep for the annual aeration and re-seeding. A loathed and exhausting job. This machine made de-thatching (almost) fun.
