Works well, but device only lasted 10 months

Have had great results when I used this product. However, I purchased it in October of 2020, and it is now August of 2021 and the device stopped working. It was used intermittently- it’s not like it’s been used weekly or even monthly during that time frame. For the price, it should last longer. How do I get support for the product?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Braun Silk-expert Pro 5 IPL and I absolutely love it. My complexion is a light olive tone with dirty blonde hair and so far this laser hair remover has been great. Easy to use and handle, and seems to be effective so far. Hair is growing much slower and less than before and no discoloration or issues. I've tested different parts of my skin and small patches at a time and I can see and feel the difference. I've done professional laser hair removal off and on for years and this feels no different. High quality effective product with great results. I definitely recommend!

I bought this a few months ago and it hasn't helped me at all. I tried it on my arms, legs, underarms and my side burns and my hair still grows the same, although my leg hair is growing slowly, my sideburns became thicker and start growing much faster, the same goes for my underarms. not sure why it didnt work because I have very light skin and dark hair. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!

Doesn't work

I have been using this for 6 months, I have followed the instructions and thought it would work very well for me since I have fair skin and dark hair. I have yet to see any difference in my hair. I was very hopeful that this would work, as it has great reviews, but instead it was a huge dud. Don't waste your money on it, if it doesn't work with my hair and complexion, I don't see how it can work on anyone. If you want to laser your hair off, try a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this beauty for 5 weeks now and am very happy with the results its giving. My hair growth has slowed down a lot! I've only used on my legs so far. I started with mild tip and worked my way up. Not had a single reaction or any kind of sensitivity. So easy to use and comfortable in my hand. The pink case is luxurious looking, no need to hide in cabinet. I prefer to do treatments at home rather than salon. So, thank you Braun for making such a user-friendly product!!!

Excellent product, would buy again

I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I call this IPL life-changing. While I’m advantaged by having the ideal skin/hair color combination, I had a near immediate reduction in hair growth, saving me hours of time every week. This was a replacement for a much older IPL from a different manufacturer. I figured that the technology must have improved. It has, and I have no regrets about this purchase.
