Good sound, but Bluetooth won't connect to TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this on 11/12/22 and the sound is great, but the Bluetooth won't connect to our TV! The remote is too small for my fingers so I need to look for a universal remote that works with this soundbar.
