Good sound, but Bluetooth won't connect to TV

I just purchased this on 11/12/22 and the sound is great, but the Bluetooth won't connect to our TV! The remote is too small for my fingers so I need to look for a universal remote that works with this soundbar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one a while back and was impressed with the quality of sound, ease of hook up and the overall quality of the item..when I decided to add another to a different tv, I went back to the same store and bought the same item..
