Super Powerful!!!

So happy with this portable A/C unit. Our room gets the afternoon sun and with this portable A/C, within minutes of turning it on, our room is cooled down almost instantly! We don’t need to turn the whole house A/C just to cool our room. It’s super powerful, iced the room down quickly, and it’s on wheels so we can move it from one room to another in no time! Highly recommend this!

Works Wonders!

In the summer heat this was a must to keep the house cool! We are so glad we got it. It rolls easy and works quick. You can feel the temperature change within minutes. I will say understanding how to connect it to the window was complicated I just cut the extra off the sliding piece to make it fit, no biggie. Overall I am super happy with this and will defintely be using it all summer long!

I recived my Newair portable AC about a week ago and i was worried it was going to be so hard to instal...boy was i wrong. I did the installation in almost 10 min with 6 year old daughter. I love how well the remote responses as well. I am honestly so impressed by its power and convenience. Would highly recommend this AC for anyone who wants a cool, effortless summer.

Great customer service handling an unfortunate problem

I bought my NewAir NAC14KWH02 air conditioner last year to replace another one that had sadly gone to appliance heaven. It worked amazingly well right out of the box and cooled my living room really fast. I enjoyed using it all last summer and for most of this summer. Unfortunately my a/c stopped blowing cold air over the weekend. I contacted NewAir customer service and they were very kind and detailed about helping me clean the unit - filters, a/c fins, etc. When the cleaning didn't work I finally realized that I wasn't hearing the compressor anymore. Basically the Cool and Fan settings were exactly the same in terms of sound and temperature. I contacted NewAir customer service again and offered to send me a replacement unit. Mind.blown. I couldn't believe it. I thought I was going to be told to go buy a new one. Thanks, NewAir for the amazing customer service and for standing by your products! You've won a customer for life!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm beyond happy I decided to go with NewAir for my air conditioner needs. Our central A/C just doesn't cover the whole house & this portable A/C does just the trick! I love that everything is included in your purchase including the window kit! The settings are user friendly which is a bonus! I love that it's portable so I can move it from room to room and if I don't need the A/C I can use it as a fan ! I am beyond happy with this product and would recommend it to all family and friends

Love, love, love this AC

We've purchased several different portable air conditioners over the past 7 years, but none has been as great as the NewAir. It is quiet, easy to install, but most of all it can cool to 60' and hold that temperature consistently. If you want the best portable ac, don't hesitate to purchase this one, you won't regret it!

CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY HELPFUL

I bought this unit a little over a year ago and only use it in the summer months as I live in the northeastern part of the country. It worked great during last summer and also this summer up until last week when the condenser seemed to fail. As it was an expensive unit and only a couple months past warranty, I was pleased with Newair’s concern for my satisfaction. As of now, they will be sending me another grade A unit within about a
week. Hoping this was just a fluke and that the replacement will have no issues.
