In the summer heat this was a must to keep the house cool! We are so glad we got it. It rolls easy and works quick. You can feel the temperature change within minutes. I will say understanding how to connect it to the window was complicated I just cut the extra off the sliding piece to make it fit, no biggie. Overall I am super happy with this and will defintely be using it all summer long!

Amazing features and product

I’m beyond happy I decided to go with NewAir for my air conditioner needs. Our central A/C just doesn’t cover the whole house & this portable A/C does just the trick!
I love that everything is included in your purchase including the window kit! The settings are user friendly which is a bonus!
I love that it’s portable so I can move it from room to room and if I don’t need the A/C I can use it as a fan !
I am beyond happy with this product and would recommend it to all family and friends

I use this unit to cool my home office and it does the job perfectly. I love how it keeps the room at temp. The main thing that I love is that this unit is quiet and does not disturb me when I am working in my office. The unit is very helpful and was simple to set up. This was money well spent and an asset to combat the high desert temperatures in my part of the country.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit does a nice job cooling our bedroom. Installation was quick and easy. It has a sleek, stylish look, with intuitive controls. It is a bit loud.

Cools room nicely

I use this product to cool my bedroom in the summertime. It does so nicely. I disassembled the window kit last winter and this summer I could not get the hose to fit in the receptacle, so had to duct tape it together. I am in the process of getting a new window vent kit to fix this problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a Florida girl, I generally can take the heat. But something about this Summer became too brutal to bear. With a new work-from-home job, my office became miserable due to a large forward-facing window. I finally couldn't take it anymore and discovered NewAir. Not only did it arrive SUPER quick, but I was surprised at how compact the product was for such a powerful device. This little guy is STRONG! I was a bit hesitant about the set-up, because I've never assembled anything like it before, but thankfully the NewAir is super user friendly. It includes everything you need right in the box and even has a convenient remote with it. After using the NewAir in my office for a full week, I feel incredibly confident recommending it to my friends, family, and Internet "friends"! This device served as an all-in-one with the fan, A/C, and de-humidifier (which is non-negotiable in Florida!). I'm able to use the highest speeds during the hottest part of the day, and turn down the settings from the remote when it starts to cool off. I'm so thankful to have discovered this portable A/C. Finally I am able to focus on my work and family, and I would encourage everyone to pick up one for themselves! 10/10!!

Recently received this product from Newair, and i'm in love. It fits perfectly in our older apartment with oddly shaped windows. While being small and portable it still has enough power to cool down our entire living room and kitchen area, around 500 sqft. It keeps our guests and our pets cool. I would highly recommend this unit.
