I have a 450 square foot great room that is west facing. It becomes very hot in the late afternoon. Wanted a portable air conditioner that could handle the job. I found this Newair and am very pleased. Setup was easy and my room is now nice and cool!

We have one of these in our warehouse that is1500 sqft. The whole warehouse is cooled by an 54,000 btu unit. But it only brings the place (in PHX weather 120F+) down to about 80F. With this new air near our working space it brings our working space cools to about 72F. MUCH MORE PLEASANT and workable! If you had this in your bedroom or living room it would cool the whole space quickly! Super pleased! Easy unboxing and setup. We actually cut a hole in the wall and all was set up in 20 min. Cooled the space in 15 min.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this unit running nearly daily for the past 5 months in the Florida heat. We understand electronics can fail sometimes and ours did. Customer support shipped a replacement within 24 hrs!

Can't believe how well this cools!

The week this arrived at our house, we had our first very warm, humid weekend of the season. My husband had this Newair Portable Air Conditioner set up in about 10 minutes. It was so easy. I think the part that took the longest was actually getting it out of the box because it's kind of awkward.
While I read through the directions to make sure I wasn't going to accidentally break something, the user settings are basically self-explanatory. It's very easy to use. It quickly cools the space and it isn't absurdly loud (much quieter than a traditional window unit but not as quiet as the central air in our previous home).

Amazing Features, cools down my whole apartment!

I received my Portable Air conditioner a few days ago and I'm already hooked! I live in a city and have an apartment located on the top floor with a lot of sunlight and HEAT! Windows units were never enough to cool down our place, barely even my bedroom! When I received my NewAir Air conditioner I decided to put it in my living room and it cooled down our entire 2 bedroom 900 square foot apartment! I didn't even have to turn on my room unit in the middle of the summer! Not only did it cool down our whole place, but I loved how on days where the humidity was low I was also able to use it as a fan! The multi use features were well worth the purchase!I would highly recommend this product for any sized apartment or home or living space if your looking for a quick, compact way to cool down on an extremely hot summer day! I cannot say enough good things about this unit, definitely worth the purchase!

This AC is heavy duty and easily cools our home studio, which is 512 square feet. It was easy to install for my 10 year old son. And the remote is a handy feature too. Although it does make noise, it is quieter than I thought it would be. Highly recommend!

I got this for my daughters bedroom as where it's located in the house it gets very hot in her room during the summer months! Let me tell you the minute you turn on the AC the room starts to instantly feel cooler! It's a sleek design and will look good in any room!
