It was 99 degrees outside, with 106 heat index here in Texas. 15 minutes after getting my brand new NewAir Portable Air Conditioner delivered, my entire living room was a cool, comfortable 72 degrees. It's so ridiculously easy to put together and get going. The instructions are illustrated and really easy to follow. I'm not handy, and this was REALLY easy to set up. My favorite features are the window venting kit with adaptors (so I can close my window and blinds further than with most units), remote control, and 3-in-1 functions. This unit is so lightweight and rolls for easy moving. I can't imagine living without it now!

Cools room nicely

I use this product to cool my bedroom in the summertime. It does so nicely. I disassembled the window kit last winter and this summer I could not get the hose to fit in the receptacle, so had to duct tape it together. I am in the process of getting a new window vent kit to fix this problem.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've never had a portable air conditioner before. I thought it would be super loud, but it's surprisingly quiet. I have been running the dehumidifier function quite a bit lately because allergies are miserable around here right now. I like that it gives ice cold air when you are running it on dry mode. The wheels make it super easy to move it wherever I need to, and it's very easy to use. The remote is a nice size, too! I thought it would be one of those super small ones that gets lost easily, but it's not! This machine is definitely worth getting!

We have a large 500 square foot room that got little to no a/c going through it. It is where my wife works for the past couple of years and she has been miserable through some hot summers. Not that we haven't tried to make the room more comfortable for her. This unit has made a significant change that can be felt instantly. Very happy with this product! My central air died on me a year ago. I needed something to cool down my place, and this unit did the job. I was incredibly happy with it; you would have no problem sleeping in the same room with this running.
