[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago, absolutely love the looks of it. Although I do need to keep the LOC on the stove as I accidentally was cleaning behind the stove on the tile and turned on the burner.

Are there replacement knobs with larger fonts?

Just awful in every way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the worst stove ever made. It was in our house brand new when we bought it. Basically one burner gets hot enough to cook anything and even that takes forever. The "warm zone" is completely useless, if you turn it all the way up it doesn't get very warm at all so it has zero use to us. We literally complain everytime we use it. We plan to get a new gas range soon and thought about selling this one, but I would feel guilty giving another human being a product this bad. This thing is going straight to the dump.

Knob design is a fire hazard

I returned this because the knobs are a fire hazard. Multiple people have accidentally turned on the cooktop as they lean over the range to get to cupboards and the range hood and have burned things unknowingly. The knobs protrude so far that they get caught on clothing, it's a design flaw that is a fire hazard. DO NOT BUY.

Performance Issues:
The process is slow; if you prefer quick results, be prepared to wait a minute for things to start.
Convection oven temperatures are limited to 365°F, which can be frustrating.
There is no direct readout of the oven temperature while it heats up, making it difficult to anticipate or preload dishes.

The achieved temperature alarm is often inaudible, leaving me unsure if it even works.
The timer is quiet, and if you don’t hear it in the other room, it will shut off and keep cooking. It's better to set a separate timer on your phone.
Safety Concerns:
For safety, you must hold the lock-off button for 5 seconds before operating the stove. Otherwise, you risk accidentally turning a knob and potentially causing a fire.
My daughter nearly melted a bottle of olive oil on the cooktop last week while using one of the other burners because she accidentally bumped a knob. She accidentally burned herself on the burner that was unexpectedly on and then too noticed the melting bottle.
The recall (lock button sticker) seems to only protect you when the unit is not in use!
We installed this stove in our new house, but I'm tempted to swap it for our old one we have in storage. This model feels like a redesign that lacks intuitive operation and common sense features the help one be an efficient cook
