Decent and managable

After using it for 2 months, I can safely say that it's not the best or worst. If you want a pretty good, small, and cheap chromebook this would be for you. Only thing is it has a small screen and not durable. I have lots of scratches on it and a tiny crack on the silver skin part of it. Although one fascinating thing I found is that you can charge it on both sides, though. I think the HP stream 14" laptop would better, not to mention bigger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love my little google chrome but sure wished I got better service with the set up of it seeing as it is so new to me .
All I needed was to set it up and shown how to get it going but was not successful in getting that done in the store.

Will not charge

Bought this for my 6 yr old as school is now online. Originally I was delighted with this it is small but seems sturdy perfect for a young kids. Problem occurred 3 days later when it would not turn on even after charging overnight. When I bought it it was already previously open, but this was not an open box special, paid full price, it should have been a warning to me, but I hade a lot of confidence in Best Buy that they would not sell someone an open box if it is not advertise as such. I know it was open before as teh packaging was wrong and there was an extra power cable, never saw that before. I should have never accepted it as is but I did. So be aware if teh box is open do not accept it.

I bought this product , the display broke in two weeks, wighout dropping the chromebook using it carefully. Judt by opening and closing it. The company said cant reapur it charged me 280 bucks to repair it. Not recommending buying this product.

Bought the acer 11.6" chromebook a couple of weeks ago and so far it has been great. Stream all my shows and movies without issues. Stream sports and watch twitch also. Check emails regularly. Speakers aren't good but hooked up a bluetooth speaker so its fine. Highly recommended for the price. Only downside the speakers again.

Always remember that each Chromebook is updated for only 5 years. If I had known that way back when, I would NEVER have bought a CB but another laptop
