Trackpad died 1 year after purchase

Trackpad died one year after purchase. Spent a few hours on the phone with tech support and they promised to send me a return label so I could send in my old laptop and they would send me a new one. No such thing ever happened.

Laptop is spectacular. It's sleek and light weight. People always ask how gorgeous the display and how light it is.
I work on the go and the display of 16:10 allows me to work on excel and read more on a vertical real-estate of the display ratio.

Flaws in hardwares

There is a dead pixel right in the middle of screen. Space bar and delete keys stopped working properly; very hard to type when key board stops working 20 minutes after computer is on. Although I have 32GBRam some programs like zoom will freeze and or interfere with other programs like NinjaTrader.

A Great Investment

I have the Gram 17 and it is an AWESOME product. There is no comparison to my last 2 laptops. I have a small business and this laptop has made me more efficient. I HIGHLY recommend This LG product to everyone. I just purchased one for my son.
