Have had the LG Gram 17" for a little over a year now. It never ceases to amaze me how a laptop this light can boast a 17" screen (which is absolutely gorgeous) and full keyboard with embedded number pad (a must for me as I'm a number crunching spreadsheet geek). Admittedly, when I unboxed it I was concerned it wouldn't hold up - I'm also a road warrior for work and my first impression was that the Gram felt a little flimsy. But I was clearly wrong - the Gram's hinge, keyboard/touchpad and overall case are just as tight now as when it came out of the box. Not a machine for gamers with the integrated graphics (nice to see that the new 17" Grams offer a graphics card option, so maybe time for an upgrade for me), but performance for my usage has been outstanding. And battery performance rocks - for such a large screen, the Gram barely sips off of the battery when I use it unplugged. In addition to the new graphics card option, I'd love to see LG offer the Gram as a convertible with touch screen; would likely add a little weight, but this thing is so light a few extra ounces wouldn't even register. All things considered, I highly recommend the Gram for just about anyone but gamers.

Trackpad died 1 year after purchase

Trackpad died one year after purchase. Spent a few hours on the phone with tech support and they promised to send me a return label so I could send in my old laptop and they would send me a new one. No such thing ever happened.

Flaws in hardwares

There is a dead pixel right in the middle of screen. Space bar and delete keys stopped working properly; very hard to type when key board stops working 20 minutes after computer is on. Although I have 32GBRam some programs like zoom will freeze and or interfere with other programs like NinjaTrader.
