it crashes every few hours

has fantastic features, amazingly light, maybe I bought a lemon and something is wrong with it. It crashes every few hours of use.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Continuously crashing. So Angry and frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine *over a year ago* after reading many positive reviews. It's been nothing but constant crashes. Blue screen of death once a day at minimum. More so with more usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is configured with a nice selection of ports and features. It appears to be very well made and surprisingly light. It didn't have much slushware. It's really fast. The only thing I would call a shortcoming is that for such a high-end system it should have a W10 Pro, not Home.

Nice machine with few quirks. Need better support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightest laptop I've ever used. Great display and battery lasts all day. Speakers are adequate but could be louder. It's also fast with none of the bloatware other manufacturers install. However, a couple of bugs/quirks take getting used to. One bug is when waking from sleep the last window left open does not respond to the mouse. Have to minimize the window to the taskbar and reopen it before it responds to the mouse again. One quirk is the touchpad is centered on the machine instead of the keyboard. While typing, my right palm will sometimes rest on the touchpad and move the mouse. If you like the included extras (e.g. video and photo editing software) then you'll be out of luck if you have to reimage the machine for any reason (e.g. replace the hard drive). LG support page only has essential software for download. Lastly, it'll be hard to go back to a normal laptop after carrying this around.

The 11th gen i7 processor combined with a 1TB SSD make this the fastest laptop I have ever used. The screen display is so sharp that I can see the tiniest details in photos. Additionally, the display produces extremely vivid colors...just amazing. Love the feel of the keyboard as well. Well done LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old 17 inch laptop recently died. I needed an i7/32 GB machine to replace it with capability of having two SSDs. I run virtual machines a lot on my laptop, so the LG Gram 17 with these specifications was exactly what I needed. It is quiet, fast and amazingly lightweight. So far I have no issues, only praise for this laptop. I added a second 1 TB NVME SSD and installing it was straightforward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a data analytics program and it was a good price for 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD. The screen size is magnificent and crisp. The windows operating system was a pleasant and intuitive change from Mac iOS. My only criticism is the keyboard set up and how large it is for my hands. I find it hard to reach stuff and even though the number pad is a nice feature, I'm not sure I'll use it yet. I think this laptop would be perfect for someone with larger hands and more reach. When I do use it the TouchPad tends to get in the way and, again, it is very large so my hands don't navigate it as easily as my old 13inch MacBook. I would still highly recommended based on its performance and how portable it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a fan of 17" laptops, and have always leaned toward the large big and beefy models. When I picked this up in my hands to test it out, I was shocked at how light it is and decided to give the lightweight range a try. I am happy - I knew I would sacrifice some high-end graphics abilities... but honestly, unless I am going to buy a new laptop every year to stay 'on top', it just isn't worth the cost and weight.
This LG Gram has been fantastic, at least for the 3 weeks I have used it. It runs everything I can throw at it, and is actually comfortable to have on my lap while I'm sitting outside with the pooch. The battery life seems really great, I have yet to have any issues. They claim like 19 hours, I have only pushed it to 3 or 4 and the gauge barely dropped.
