Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for one month. It is easy to operate and offers a great variety of drying options. I have not yet tried the steam function but am looking forward to using it. It is very spacious and the dark color gives it such a modern look.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dryer for a couple of weeks now, and I love it. While I noticed that the sensor setting didn’t always completely dry the clothes, I have the option to choose the settings I want in order to make sure everything is dry according to the load in the dryer. I love that I can take a peek during the drying cycle without opening the door. I love the look and all the settings. I am pleased with the dryer so far.

Great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to give this low rating. The product is wonderful but since this is the overall rating, I would have to give it a Lowe rating. When we purchased the dryer, we supposedly received a free dryer rack once we registered the product, but I was given another phone number to call again, which I did on the 26th of August. As of today, still didn’t receive the rack. It is okay not to give out any free parts, when you advised it, it’s better to keep you promise.

Not drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this dryer less than 30 days and my wife is upset that it does not dry as well as our previouse Maytag dryer, she has to re-dry the load again which is not saving anything but costing more and wasting more of our time and yes we had it checked by a Whirlpool technician who said it was working properly!
