[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this appliance 6 months ago and it has not disappointed one bit. Programming took some getting used to for a 78 year old. 10 year old granddaughter figured it out in no time.

Only one heat setting works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only way to get fully dried clothes is to use the “timed dry” cycle. If you don’t bypass the drying sensors the clothes come out damp or wet no matter what dryness you have selected.
The machine is less than a month old. Contacted Whirlpool, they sent out an authorized representative, who failed to do anything. Said if you want dry cloths use the trimmed cycle.
Still waiting for a follow up from the service center or Whirlpool, nothing yet and it’s been over a week.
Not very happy.
