[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had for two weeks, but still trying to get heat settings to work well. At first vent was too long and cranked up, so had to shorten to vent well. Finally heat, but still not getting dry quickly. Seems to take a bit longer. Lots of settings to try yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many features on this dryer, few of them are explained. The documentation provided with the dryer and online are almost useless. There are options on the panel that are not cross-referenced in the manual. For example, what does the "color" option mean? Looking online is no help at all as it is pretty much the same information as in the sparse operating manual. I am learning by trial and error, and have a long way to go until I feel like I understand what will happen when I select the various options.
As far as drying goes, it does a good job although often some wet spots remain at the end of the cycle. I have taken to sorting through the load, throwing the items that are still damp back in the dryer, and running a 15 minute timed dry. That usually works, or just line drying them for a few hours works too. Sometimes I toss the clothes around mid-cycle to redistribute them. It is quiet, unlike our Whirlpool washing machine that sounds like an alien invasion.
All and all am happy with the dryer. I really wish there was better documentation and support.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had some issues when we first bought this in getting the clothes in a given load dry. Had to play around with the options and have figured out how to best get each load dry as applicable.
