not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult finding detailed info on features. Don't like the "load and go" dispenser, becuse there is no way to actully know how much detergent is being used in each load. Info on the dispenser is erratic - sometimes it will say detergent is low, after having recently filled it. Plus no instructions on how to use detergent if you disable automatic dispenser

Invest time in learning the settings- it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some learning, but once I got the hang of the settings, this dryer has been amazing. The default settings err on the side of energy saving than a thorough dry, so it's important to adjust according to the size of the load and the contents (like towels or denim). The steam setting has saved me so much time- I don't have to iron or use my hand steamer anymore. I had neglected a pile of clean clothes on a chair for a week, and I popped them in the dryer and they came out fresh and unwrinkled.

Dries well but it is noisey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure about the dryer. It is noisey and is naking a chugging sound almost like there was a small reciprocal component. Had a service call but the tech could could not find a problem. He did not think it sounded normal an said he would report the noise to Whirlpool. Have heard nothing since. If this is normal it still makes the dryer noise compared with the one it replaced.
