[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received new washer and dryer on 12/11 /24. The dryer has a lot of room however it does not dry or dry well. I have reviewed and tried different settings and the items are never dry, sometimes balled up and middle items very damp. I have tried longer setting and hotter settings, I have reviewed the literature. One star is for the size. I regret this purchase and am going contact barons dealer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Going green does not clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find dry spots in sheets after done. Always have to set the water level on high. Some laundry needs to be done twice!

Good dryer but what's with the sloped top?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dryer with good features but my wife and I don't like that it has a sloped top. You can't fold clothes or put anything on it because it will slide off. If we knew that beforehand we might not have purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a 48-hour purchase replacement dryer as the one purchased (exactly same model) leaked water on floors everytime I used the Sanitize feature. I wish the dryer had come with a printed manual so I could understand better how to use its features. I have very low vision and reading a manual online is too hard for me.
Otherwise, so far I have had replacement dryer 1-week and it is working beautifully.
