Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer several weeks ago, when run on the sensing settings, the dryer would never shut off. Whirlpool told us to replace it since it was unsafe, and we did.
Now the new dryer just delivered does the same thing.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features if they worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensing feature never fully dries the clothes. For some reason I have yet to figure out this dryer never gets hot enough to dry clothes. It takes an average of about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to dry a load of clothes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
