Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this around thanksgiving because my old dryer burnt out. Was excited about the new one and all the new features but the new features are horrible. Whenever I use the automatic features for drying my clothes still comes out wet or at least damp the only way to get all the clothes to dry correctly is only on timed drying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seems noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since this is state of the art, I would have thought it would be quieter. Plus the manuals that came with the washer & dryer are not very helpful. My previous whirlpool pairs had information on the washer lid. No one needs to watch their clothes wash.

Moisture Sensor Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moisture sensor feature doesn't work well with mixed loads. For example, if jeans are included in with other items, the jeans don't dry completely. We found that using the timed load feature works better with mixed loads.

Very good so far only three weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer to replace our 20 year old gas whirlpool dryer. So far it has lived up to expectations, and we are very pleased. It is a gas dryer with steam capabilities which we elected not to use /hook up. My only and biggest complaint is that the dryer came with no instructions whatsoever I went online to the website the dryer has no user instructions whatsoever, so it is a trial and error learning how to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
