[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just used this for a couple of weeks but it has been a vast improvement over my 15 year old dryer. The only feature I'm having trouble with is the sensor dryer settings. I can't seem to get the smaller loads to get dry and end up using the timed dryer setting instead on the second round. We found the "more" setting on the preprogrammed versions but it still isn't dry. Otherwise still better than what I had and I think there has got to be a way to fix this. Just haven't found it easy to look up.

Looks good, but takes forever to dry your clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it is a huge dryer, and I do not do large loads often, the main reason I am giving this machine 3 stars is that it takes forever to dry anything. I am now drying my sheets and towels, and it says it will take 1 hour and 42 minutes! My old front loader would never take more than 40 mins.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

MY NEW TOY!

I can only use the basic part of the dryer because of lack of information on the other features.
I have not a clue how to use the steam cycle on the dryer....
Can someone explain??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may be user error, I am still learning how to use the dryer. It seems to have a difficult time sensing the clothes. It never drys in one cycle. Now, I am upping the heat. It is a bit better, but I thought the machine could “sense” the dryness.
