Not thrilled with this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this appliance last month and my experience to date is less than favorable. There are way too many bells and whistles to this appliance that offer a challenge. I feel as though I bought a Cadillac series and I would have been better off with a more conservative model. Sometimes basic is BETTER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
