Love this Dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchase this product and so far I am very happy. The dryer space is huge! I have found the timed dry works better then then the automatic sensing. We have the dryer connected through the app, which has been surprisingly convenient! The app notifies me when the dryer is finished and gives me the option to turn on wrinkle guard. I never knew how much I would love remote access.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall a very good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never been big on all the electronics in appliances. Just more things to break. We purchased a similar model before this one that didn't have all the Wi-Fi, remote enabling, etc. It was hundreds less, but unfortunately the installers damaged it. And the matching washer was the loudest washer we had ever owned, so we returned them both and bought these more expensive models. It seems to not be drying as thoroughly as it did the first two weeks. I'm wondering whether the "Advanced Moisture Sensing" isn't working as it should, so I sent in a trouble report via the app, and I haven't received any response in over a week. That's a little disappointing.

Doesn't work as well as it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dryer for just over a month now. It doesn't completely dry the clothes. when it finishes a cycle, I have to reset it to manually force it to dry another cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Drying my clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought a this new dryer to replace a 25 year old dryer. I have had to do two dryer cycles to dry each load I have done. My old dryer dried quicker and without the need to re-dry. I do like the way the door opens flat and that the lint is in the door area.
