Looks great but doesn’t work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went on vacation the day the washer and dryer arrived. We didn’t get chance to use until later and found that the dryer spent hours “sensing”. Delivery team came back out (they are great) and determined that the igniter wasn’t working. Ouch. Now we get to wait for service team to come out some time during next Friday.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a month ago and when I run it yesterday it sounded like I was running a drill. My new washer also makes a lot of noise. I have to close the door and can still hear it in the back of the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t seem to be drying clothes like it should?? Two cycles at least and it shouldn’t take two. Says check lint screen, but that is fine no lint on it. Worked fine at first but now seems like it’s broken?

Lots of features I have to learn how to use.

I've had no issues except when it was delivered, the attendants touched the Remote Enable button and they said I had to call customer service to have my WiFi connected, which I don't want. So, I unplugged the dryer for a couple of hours and it reset itself. Other than that, the dryer is doing it's job!!

Steam function is the BEST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer dryer set about approximately 6 weeks ago. We did not need the dryer, but really needed the set to match. I do not know how I have done laundry without this dryer fo so many years! My clothes get dryer faster, and do not shrink up! The steam function is life changing!!!!!

Noisy but good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and so far it’s been working very well after the stressful setup. At first the machine won’t power on, I tried pushing several buttons to no avail. I should have let the installers power it on before they left but they were just in a hurry to leave. I called customer support and they scheduled a technician for the following day. My husband tried to restart it again after an hour but still didn’t work. Then he unplugged it for an hour and that trick worked. So far it has been working well, just a little noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
