Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer several weeks ago, when run on the sensing settings, the dryer would never shut off. Whirlpool told us to replace it since it was unsafe, and we did. Now the new dryer just delivered does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not drying enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to figure out how to get my clothes completely dried. This product is definitely energy saving but I would also like it to completely dry my clothes. I always seem to need to add more time or just let a few items air dry. Hopefully I will be able to figure out how to get the right setting.

Replaced cabrio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced washer and dryer (whirlpool Cabrio series). Not as satisfactory as the Cabrio we replaced. Towels take forever to dry despite the towel settings. Need to run second dry cycles frequently. Big picture - disappointing

So disappointed!

Was delivered on 3/31/23. The only way I get any heat in the dryer is if I put on High heat. Otherwise, every other cycle is ice cold. Had to schedule a service appointment, which of course, is not happening until May 10th, 2023. Even if the service tech fixes the problem, I will now have a "refurbished" dryer, less than 1 month of owning it. I could have saved money and purchased a "refurbished' dryer from the start instead of purchasing a new dryer that is already having issues!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
