[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this. Doesn’t dry as well as my previous dryer. I have to run it a couple of cycle to actually dry the clothes. Also, was sent a code to get a free shoe and sweater drying rack. Tried the code several times and it kept saying invalid code
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not say this dryer is worth the price. Half the time I have to restart the dryer because my clothes aren't dry. I wish I could return it and get my money back. I would not recommend this dryer. Save yourself some money and get something else.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this dryer. It stopped working and it takes a long time to have someone come out to fix it. We are on 3rd week with no dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and I am unable to get it to dry my clothes no matter what I do. Not only does it not dry the laundry, it never turns off until I open the door and stop the tumbling. I need to do laundry again, but I don’t have time to spend hours in the basement constantly checking on the dryer to see if the clothes are dry and to stop it from using up to much electricity, and then hanging everything up to air dry.

Thank you for sharing your insights with us. We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Dryer. Please see the following for some troubleshooting tips: Dryer Troubleshooting for Long Dry Times: Key Checks Heating: Check if the dryer is producing heat (run a heated cycle for 5 minutes and feel inside). Venting & Airflow: This is the most likely cause if the dryer is heating. Cleanliness: Clean the lint screen after every use and occasionally clean residue from fabric softener. The house vent line should be cleaned every one to two years. Obstruction: Verify the outside exhaust hood is not blocked (must be 12" from ground/objects). Condition: Ensure the vent is not crushed and is made of 4" diameter heavy metal material (not foil/plastic). Length: Keep the vent run as short and straight as possible. Cycle Selection: Use an automatic cycle for best performance. Note that the EcoBoost™ option will increase drying time by approximately 40 minutes. Error Codes: An AF or "Check Vent" error code indicates restricted airflow/clogged vent. Touch any key to clear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer.. Don't like the way the door opens down makes it hard to reach clothes in rear of drum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the new dryer for a week now. It replaced a 13 year old Whirlpool dryrer. I have done several loads and have had to re-run the loads...Why? The default settings did not fully dry the clothes. I changed the settings to "More Heat" and re-ran. The clothes with thicker waist bands still required a third "timed" run to get them dry. It seems the sensing on the new system is too sensitive.
