Invest time in learning the settings- it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some learning, but once I got the hang of the settings, this dryer has been amazing. The default settings err on the side of energy saving than a thorough dry, so it's important to adjust according to the size of the load and the contents (like towels or denim). The steam setting has saved me so much time- I don't have to iron or use my hand steamer anymore. I had neglected a pile of clean clothes on a chair for a week, and I popped them in the dryer and they came out fresh and unwrinkled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would rate higher but I’ve only had my set for one month. The dryer electric dashboard went out after one week. I called for service and they were very responsive though. Otherwise I like all the features/settings it comes with

Moisture sensing needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, Bluetooth is good feature you can control from your phone. Unfortunately, as I read in previous reviews the moisture sensing doesn't really work, I end up using Timed dry feature to dry my clothes in less than an hour. The moisture sensing starts at 1 hr 27 minutes and the clothes still were damp. My cheaper whirlpool I just replaced from 5 years ago had the same issue.

not worth the money

Don't like the "load and go" dispenser, becuse there is no way to actully know how much detergent is being used in each load. Info on the dispenser is erratic - sometimes it will say detergent is low, after having recently filled it. Plus no instructions on how to use detergent if you disable automatic dispenser

Don’t Buy This Dryer

The display says when the cycle will be complete, ie: 19 minutes. Then, in 19 minutes it says it will be another 19 minutes. And, then, it STILL isn’t dry!
