Never received my drying rack

Great dryer!

Great features, poor exterior finish

I've had this dryer for two weeks. I really like the versatility and options available to the user. However, hours after it was installed, I placed a large bottle of detergent on top of it to fill the Easy-fill reservoir of the matching washer. I turned the bottle as it sat on top of the dryer to pick it up and the bottle left scratches on the finish, very visible to the eye. I cannot believe that's all it took to damage the surface. Four days later, my husband leaned on it to reach something above it and his hand dented it!! I'm so disappointed. My brand new dryer looks terrible and I can't image how this will stand up over time. I'm considering returning it for that reason. I expect an appliance of this price to be better than that, inside and out. I recommend it for the drying features but buyer beware of the finish.
