Finally a matching pair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally bought the matching dryer to the washer we purchased awhile back due to the old one was getting too expensive to repair. Unfortunately, we are already having an issue with the computer (motherboard) as it won't dry on the normal setting because it stays on "sensing" and won't ignite the burner. Have to set a time to dry. Technician ordered a new motherboard
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the dryer doesn’t dry blankets or other bulky items. Also this happens with small loads. The sensor doesn’t seem to sense that they are still wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this new machine for the last several weeks I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with its performance. The dryer can accommodate large loads and gives me several different cycle options to customize my drying needs. The steam function is great! The lint holder is sturdy…not like my previous dryer (different brand).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drum itself is good, and the control panel options are abundant, even comes with a rack for the dryer for delicate or no-tumble items. But I'm taking stars away because the drying sensor is really bad. It's rare that I don't have to put my load, especially towels back in. The dryer door is flimsy and even though it closes tight, the top line doesn't fully line up, looks like the left side is not flush. I don't think this would prevent the sensor, but who knows. Lastly the lint filter and trap are also cheap and rub loudly when putting in and out, even scuffed metal against the inside is permanent on the filter housing from rubbing I assume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
