This dryer is terrible

I bought this dryer 6 months ago. I am on hold to get a technician for the 4th time to come fix it. If you choose to buy it…GET A WARRANTY!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the clothes are not completely dry. Also, when I use the steam refresh option the dryer leaks a puddle of water underneath of it.

The other issue I have was I supposed to receive an email with a unique promo code to be use to get a free whirlpool dryer rack after I registered my washer and dryer. I still as of today never
receive any email for the dryer rack. Please advice. Thank you!
