The craft ice is one of the best features and once the ice starts forming it takes about a week to have an ample daily supply. The temperature setting are perfect. I went from the 3 door back to 2 doors because I felt hair and dust fell into the freezer section. The 2 door it seems the veggie drawer is so far down it’s like getting on the floor. I like the smooth look flat design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this frig and was very happy with its overall size ,finish ,style and was most impressed with the door in door idea which prompted me to purchase it as well as the high ratings from consumer reports on LGs as one of the best. I would have given this a 5 star rating until I realized to late that there are no multiple rails for changing shelf heights . All the shelves have one setting except the top one which allows you to raise or lower by 2" What's the Point? If you would like a shelve with say a 4" high to maybe put a carton of eggs on , no luck. All the shelves are set t 10" with no way to adjust. The sad thing is it would have taken nothing in the manufacturing to of the interior to have added rails at all the places where there are useless indentions and then you could place the shelves at the heights you desired. How this got by the R&D depart is beyond me . One other thing is the handle for the bins are on the bottom of the drawers instead at the top where it would be easier to pull them open , another dumb mistake .Not sure if I will keep it as I have a few weeks to return it. Such a nice Refrigerator with a few stupid mistakes that could have been avoided if some one in the design departed had a few commonsense idea's instead of worrying about if I have a WI FI connection to my frig or craft ice which I could have done without.
