Side-by-Side config., Twin Ice makers, Look!

Nice looking side-by-side refrigerator with exterior water and ice delivery. Twin ice makers are a nice option. The Craft Ice is 1.75" +/-. Nice option but smaller size may have been better for us. Cubed and crushed ice great size for us. Initial Door-in-Door refrigerator panel had condensation leak in gasket. LG/Lowes provided new replacement refrigerator. The side-by-side LG configuration appears to be the best for our use, and the controls including wi-fi monitoring seem to be a great option for us.

Great Fridge with Great Features

Every feature that is listed is 'as good or better' than stated. Very Roomy. We have a digital thermometer (recently calibrated) and have checked both the refrigerator (including door-in-door) and freezer for thermal consistency throughout the entire volume of both spaces. With properly stored items in appropriate places, we have less than a 2 degree delta (variance) in both compartments. That's outstanding! We love the Ice/Water Dispenser with UV. It's also VERY QUITE! Except when filling for ice-making or dropping made ice.
That said, the only improvement I would suggest to LG are the lower storage bins should have the 'handle/pull' on TOP rather than at the BOTTOM.

Some features are not shown. In particular, the ThinQ app provides access to a features like:
* adjusting TEMP of Refrigerator/Freezer and turning on ICE PLUS.
* ADJUST BRIGHTNESS which allows you to adjust the interior lighting to 10, 30, 50, or 70% by time. Doesn't sound like much but we use to dim at night which keeps us from 'blinded' by bright light while watching our TV.
* Sabbath mode
* CRAFT ICE settings
* MANAGE FOOD for shelf life (reminder for throwing out)
* Filter Management with Status
* Energy Monitoring for power usage statistic

Great fridge with great features!

My husband and I purchased this fridge when we moved into our new home. It matched our suite of other stainless steel LG appliances perfectly. We love all the features.....especially the craft ice. The only thing that I didn't like is that the door-in-door latch is only held by a little plastic piece. And of course after a year of opening and closing the fridge multiple times a day.....that plastic piece broke. But LG's customer service is great and they are having it repaired. We will continue to purchase LG products due to there great customer service.

Love this large side by side refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome refrigerator. I love the easy open upper right door for easy access to the things I use daily. The craft ice is one of the best features and once the ice starts forming it takes about a week to have an ample daily supply. The temperature setting are perfect. The best refrigerator we have ever owned.
