We like side by side format and are really enjoying the craft ice and separate door. Also appreciate the ice/water disinfectant cycle. Very spacious, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice refrigerator, looks very good in my kitchen and I like the features. However, I can't give it 5 stars because I'm disappointed in the interior lighting not being bright enough with only 1 small light strip accross the top that leaves the bottom half of frig fairly dark. Also, when the craft ice dumps into the drawer it's very loud, startling in fact, especially in the middle of the night!

Our favorite feature, the door-in-door function, is no longer operable in less than two months. The hook on the door appears metal, however, the latch on the interior is plastic and somehow broke. For now, we have the door-in-door taped shut, until our service repair request is fulfilled.
