[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the craft ice maker and the size of my side by side combo. Especially enjoy the special door opening feature where we can just open half the door to get every day items like drinks and condiments.
Purchased this refrigerator because of the craft ice machine. It's a great feature for bourbon drinkers. And customer service was great when it went down and sent parts very quickly

I bought this LG refrigerator a little over a year ago and overall I am pleased with it. The only issue I have had with it is that the Craft Ice Maker stopped working then after repair made loud knocking noise. I had it replaced and hopefully all will be good with it now. Buy the extended warranty.
I bought this a few months ago and we have been mostly happy with it. The only issue has been with the ice maker in the door. It never fills the bin all the way, even when we don’t use it for days at a time. Other than that we love this refrigerator and have been very happy with our purchase. We especially like the craft ice maker!

Very dark inside. It should have more lights to see all the contents. Really bad water pressure. it has only a small stream, which takes forever to fill out a glass. The door also got dented with minor pressure or hit.
LG did not want to give warranty, passing the responsibility to the store, where bought; where they also denied because it was past their time. Bad experience.
