[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was delivered on Wednesday , August 30, 2023. On Sunday , September 3, 2023, refrigerator side will not hold set temperature of 37 degrees. I had placed digital refrigerator thermometers on both sides to make sure refrigerator functioned as it should. Waiting on service.

I bought this February first this year and by July the ice maker quit working and now we have September and I still haven't got it fixed...another repairman is supposed to come this week..to be honest..I am really disappointed in this fridge..for the money I paid, I expected more...the craft ice maker is still working , but my husband doesn't like it, says the ice has an after taste...and we bought it especially for the craft ice...like I said VERY DISAPPOINTED
Nothing but problems with the craft ice maker. In less than a year we have gone through 3 ice makers. The original and two replacements. Horrible investment.

I bought this in the spring and by July the ice maker was broken and now it is the end of September and it is still ot fixed..I get nothing but run arounds..I would never buy another LG anything..paid a high price for it and now I can't get it fixed...would not recommend this fridge to anybody

Very satisfied. The only comment I would make pertains to the tray for the craft ice. It needs to be designed so that the tray doesn't accidently fall out if it is opened too far.
