[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for a couple of months now. I was hesitant at first going back to a side by side, but LG has nailed it! Thought I would miss having handles....nope, now I don't even know why this no-handle design was never thought of before, pure genius. The convenience door is the best feature. I keep all of the things I need daily on the door, I'm in and out quickly and not losing cold air, saving energy and $$$. The dual ice maker is the bomb!! Never run out of ice and I use alot, it makes more than you can use in a day. The craft ice is just..... fun, had a party and all people could talk about was the round ice, who knew ice would be the talk of the party. LG has moved to the leader of the pack with this new design...well done LG!

The only problem we see, is the ice dispenser jams sometimes. I will just switch from cubed to crushed ice and that will unjam it. Other than that, we love our new LG fridge!
