Great Features and So Spacious

If you have a large family (and even if you don't), this refrigerator/freezer is just perfect. So much room inside both in the refrigerator and the freezer. The door-in-door feature is great too, whether you have children or not...saves opening the entire door to get items. The bins are extra-large on both sides and the ice maker is perfect. My only caution is to be very careful with the glass shelves when removing them. I already broke one when I was removing the tape from delivery.

I looked at a you tube video and saw the solution to my problem. You have to mash or push hard on the pad to get it to change a temp. I have a ccll phone, I own a Tesla. I also use my computer alot. You blew this one.....

Not happy with this fridge at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this LG model for TWO months. Two weeks ago the in-door water/ice dispenser light went out, and the freezer side of the fridge feeling very hot to the touch. We were told to shut off the power source, wait 60 seconds, then restart the fridge. The light did come back on; however this has been a recurring issue, with us having to disconnect and reconnect the fridge several times a day. We are waiting on a technician to inspect the fridge to see what is happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both ice makers failed in the first year. The refrigerator appears to have design flaws; otherwise the ice makers would have been working flawlessly. The design is basically good but this model needs a much better warranty.
There is lots of room in the refrigerator and freezer halves. Aside from the expensive ice maker repairs, I like it.

ICE MAKERS ARE CRAP

I have had service techs out over 8 times for this unit. 1st time (2 visits) - front of door was smashed upon delivery 2nd time (2 visits) - craft ice maker stopped producing ice 6 months in 3rd time (2 visits) - craft ice maker stopped producing ice 9 months in 4th time (2 visits) - door ice maker stopped producing ice 12 months in
If you are a lover of ice this is not the unit for you. Heck if you want a little ice once in awhile don't get this.
Customer service is AMAZING though. It just stinks LG uses crappy parts for their refrigerators.
